Hello,
I have an IMAP Email Account. The Emails arrived correctly at my Jolla Phone. But if I delete an email with thunderbird on my laptop, the email is still visible at my jolla, even after reload. Are the mails saved locally on my jolla?

Thanks luen and sunkan. According to your Infos I found out, that i must check "Tools -> Account Settings -> Server Settings -> Clean up ("Expunge") Inbox on Exit" in Thunderbird. (source: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Thunderbird_:_Tips_:_Compacting_Folders#IMAP) So the Bug in Jolla is, that it shows messages, even if they are marked as deleted.

Are you sure that Thunderbird deletes them from the server? Have you connected via the webmail to check?
