I was able to connect fine to company Exchange 2013 server but then we've changed a hosting provider and with that Exchange policies have changed a little bit. Exchange server is still 2013 (15.0.775.4022) . Now when I'm trying to create an account - error message is "Oops, account could not be added. Device doesn't support all server settings and policies required by this account." Device lock is enabled, password is 5 digits, auto locking is 10 minutes and number of tries is set to 10. I have TouchDown Android Exchange client installed that works just fine - and it reports the following policies being requested - Password/PIN required; Failed attempts 10; Min Length 4; Timeout 1200 sec. I believe that previously policies were the same except min length was 5 and timeout was 1800 sec. Funny thing is that at some point by removing/adding account I've managed to enable it. Now I did a factory reset and account can't be created anymore. Non-provisioned devices are not supported - so turning provisioning off is not an option. Any ideas / promises of future fixes?
