[BUG] Connection mobile cannot remain active

I have noticed sometime when disable internet data mobile that icon remain active and when I enter browser all works fine so to deactivate internet I have to reboot system! That happened sometime

Similar issue appeared to me this morning. I had to turn the mobile data connection off few times in row because it kept turning on. In my case reboot wasn't necessary.

I had this problem since i reset the phone and stop to use openrepos, I think that I create some bugs with repository and update the OS without disable them
