[bug] email attachment from sent emails are automatically downloaded

I just sent an email, with an attachment. I had problems with sending that mail so I checked upon it. Attachment showed downloaded and I did not care at first as I sent it and for sure the file is on the device already. But looking at the gallery I had two of the same picture shown then.
So this is obviously wrong as I do not download attachments automatically too.
I reproduced this and learned that I had several attachments from mails I sent and had problems with sending, downloaded to downloads/mail_attachments on their own, every time I touched a mail in my outbox...
