[Bug] Charger unplug symbol appears during normal operation

Sometimes during normal usage the charger unplug symbol (white USB cable and rectangle with flash) appears even the phone was not connected to a charger device since hours. When this symbol appears the phone doesn't react to any inputs for approximately 15 seconds. After that it makes a reboot and continue normal work

The strange thing is, that this symbol normally only appears when unplugging the phone from the charger while it is switched off, but in this case it appears when switched on.

This first happend to me beginning of July means 1.0.7 now with 1.0.8 its getting more often, even if I have it in standby mode in pocket.

I have the same problem with 1.1.1.27. Usually happens when people are calling me.

The whole 1.1.1.27 version has been so ridiculously frustrating to me. I read an article, go through my RSS feeds, check Emails, etc. on my train-ride to work and in each procedure the current app I'm using closes 4-5 times. This is so annoying. And it happens to all apps, Android or Sailfish-native.

I haven't finished a full paragraph and suddenly I'm starring at my homescreen. I'm in the middle of writing a comment/email/tweet and then everything is lost because the app closed and I have to rewrite everything again - until the app crashes again.

And now whenever I get a call I see the icon OP describes and I usually need to try 2-3 times to call them back because the icon appears all the time.

The first issue (apps closing themselves at random) sounds like the trigger happy OOM killer introduced in U10.

The charger icon & restart seems like another manifestation of the infamous spontaneous restart/shutdown. I used to also have problems with that, but since I've inserted a piece if paper behind the battery (so that it more pressed against the power leads), my Jolla has been rock solid and I have not had a any issues with spontaneous restarts or shutdowns since.

Any idea how to make the OOM killer less trigger happy?

I changed the settings to 99 and it still closes my apps.

I guess I'll need to talk to the support, maybe I have a faulty Jolla or something.
