are xmpp logs accessibble via journalctl?

It's working now. Works for me only when I enter the account name alltogether with the domain and leave the (optional) server field empty I tried to recreate the account with username only and server address filled in again, with the same result - can't authenticate.

Green indicator between Battery indicator and Signal indicator on peak-view (between lock- and home-screen), or from events-page pulley-menu Presences you get separated indicators by account.

There's only one green indicator. I also have facebook and gtalk set up. So how would you tell which one that one green bar goes for? :)

Try setting FB and GTalk to something else than avaible and see if there is still green indicator indicating XMPP connection?

thanks for downvoting me captain obvious... for all items go to events-page pulley-menu Presences you should finde every single item with its own indicator, if your XMPP account is not shown there, something gone wrong during setup of that account (deactivate account -> enable account -> still not working -> delete account -> setup account).

Not sure if this shows XMPP, but on swipe from bottom to middle to get to events/notifications/what ever it is called and use the pulldown menu. 4th item shows connectivity some service(s) and you can change those from setup which comes up from the 3rd pulldown menu item.

Nope. No XMPP, only facebook and gtalk settings and indicators

@clouseau: Then you don't have an XMPP account set up that could be online.
