For some time now my phone has starting to restart every now or then when I'm receiving call. I have trying to track it more closely and noticed that this is happening mostly when battery level is 30%'isn. It VERY annoying during a work day when you are waiting important call and when it comes phone keep restarting several times. This might happen even with out call receiving... like reading twitter messages or similar usage.

anyone else has a same problem...

sometimes when battery level is 36% or near phone turns it self off and after restarting it shows battery level 4% and after taking battery out and start again it's back to level where it was... this might be related to same problem...

thinkint to change phone if this is not fixed on next version of OS...

This is possibly a hardware bug. Sometimes the battery seems to lose contact. Check this: https://together.jolla.com/question/40313/phone-freeze-at-incoming-call/?comment=43610#comment-43610

Welcome in the club. In the end I had this problem with the battery even charged almost fully. All solutions offered so far are Woodoo or temporary solutions only: The problem reappears soon. I have quit the ship about 2 weeks ago for mainly this problem (and Jolla's inability to accept and acknowledge that they have a power problem).

This migth be the restart bug, discussed all over here in the forum. It is cause by loose accu connection. So send phone in or try the folded paper trick. If it don't work report it again.

If this appens when the battery has a low remaining capacity it may be caused by the higher current drain which is necessary to operate (because voltage has lowered a bit).

You should do what other people are saying: did you try the paper trick? And clean the battery contacts.

After several people think that it might help to put paper under battery I did it and haven't have any problems after that. Tough it was hard to get that paper there because battery was very thigh already. Thanks to all responses. I will monitor now if problem is solved with that paper trick... I think if that will fix it it's a manufacture error and should be under guarantee.....

I have check the battery connection and it's thigh. tonight phone has reboot 3 times and last time it was jammed in restarting loop... had to take battery out to stop it.

Yesterday no probs. everything was fine.

I believe it has something to do with battery level because it always starts when battery level is less than 40% and more than 29%.

Tough that shutdown when call is coming can happen even if battery level is not between those %...
