When I first plug in the USB cable it normally starts charging and asks if I want to charge only, use pc-connection or developer mode. Windows also plays the sound of something getting connected via USB. No matter what I choose windows plays the sound of a device getting plugged off. No new devices were found and Jolla keeps charging. I can't remember when I connected my Jolla to pc for the last time but it worked just fine without any problems. Now it somehow doesn't recognize it. I was going to do a factory reset but realised that there is no way I can save my files since I can't transfer anything to pc. Does someone know how to fix this or is there any other ways to transfer files excluding wifi since I'm not able to connect my desktop computer to wifi at the moment?
