[bug&feature-request] Mail client: imap and folders [released]

Hello!
After adding subfolder into "inbox", on the Jolla mail client folder appears as subfolder of "sent". Also can't find UI for managing folders(add, delete, subscribe, refresh)
Imap server uses: dovecot 2.1.8
Folder subscription is not implemented yet, please vote here: https://together.jolla.com/question/1209/email-allow-to-subscribe-to-multiple-folders-in-an-account/
As for the folder list there are several known issue depending on the acct type, they will be addressed in next SW releases.

@Markkyboy - Hi! Added by another mail client (web and thunderbird). I think with any other the result will be the same.When I first time created account in jolla mail, I already had some subfolders in Inbox and they are displayed correctly. But the subfolders, that I am adding later are appearing in the sent folder.
