Cannot have access to Sailfish interface 1.0.8.21 after factory reset [answered]

Hi,

I did a factory reset on my Jolla, and after updating the phone to the last available function, command to close an application is not working anymore. Also, on the home screen, when I pull down, I have no more access to commands as "settings". I tried to do a reset a new once, but for the same results.

Any advice to fix this issue?
