After upgrading to 1.1.0.38 I found two hiccups with some of my daily used apps:

Old OwnCloud CardDav Accounts are now shown as Yahoo! accounts (see separate question)
New CalDav account from Owncloud works (including repeating dates)
CardDav can be created but I am not sure where the data goes - UPDATE: Does carddav have any sense? Update again: For owncloud: I now

just edited server settings: https://myserver.de/owncloud/remote.php/carddav/addressbooks/myuser/contacts disabled CalDav

Then I can see the following connections on my owncloud web server:

/owncloud/remote.php/carddav/addressbooks/myuser/contacts 207 454

/owncloud/remote.php/carddav/addressbooks/myuser/contacts//owncloud/remote.php/carddav/principals/myuser 404 256

Hey - the second one should look like

/owncloud/remote.php/carddav/principals/myuser

so it is creating a double entry. --> Bug still in 1.1.1.26!
After boot: You can see icons but when starting an app the desk is hanging for some seconds. I am not sure if the system hung just after showing the screen before
Settings > System > Backup window doesn't open at the top pulley menu but within the middle of the screen
It seems that many apps has problems to show from the top pulley menu correctly
Quickddit now shows 'Viewing a single comment's thread under every post you open
Xmpp-account: after driving to work between two cities (with german 3rd world gsm infrastructure - sometimes 3g sometimes 2g most times nothing) and reaching the work's WLAN I found a message that I have to change my xmpp credentials. Canceled this and reconnected via the message field pulley "Statusinformationen". This never happened before
also MeeRun is not starting anymore :(
Documents: You are able to activate the pulley menu just with zooming in/out (in a pdf document) and you will feel & hear the pulley menu selection sometimes
Web view in Tidings RSS feed reader & in TJC app unable to load web pages
Loading animation is a bit quirky. Sometimes it speeds up a little bit.
The clipboard- and fastscroll-funktionality is breaking really often and you have to reboot
You are unable to use the peek/ swipe gesture if you are at the settings/sharings window while the automatic 'Bluetooth will be disabled in xy sec.'-prompt is shown (e.g. after sending a pic from gallery)
qtransmission has now unusable buttons (displayed buttons are not where you have to touch) @Nieldk

Same, patch manager not working. This 4x6 launcher looks awful and clock too big when there is no date on top of it :)

But seriously, biggest problem in this update is those accept/cancel-buttons which doesn't show how "deep" you are anymore. It shows only if there is page in left or right but not that there is 4 pages on left.

Seems that the battery indication is awry. I get my phone telling me I have 4% left, but when i connect the cable, it's back at 54%. But to be honest, had random crashes recently, yet haven't done a factory reset. Wish I didnt have to do that...

Gallery crashes when scrolling through pics and when you swipe a pic upwards, it locks and will no longer let you scroll.

Updated both base and advanced Patchmanager patches, should work on Update 9 (1.1.0.x). Check here for more info.

Updated and works! :) But can not apply the "Control center in ambience switcher" patch. :( Can I find some install logs? If yes, so where?

Couldn't get the ambience switcher working on the first try. Will try again later.

EDIT: The ambience switcher code changed so much, that the patch will need to be rewritten :) I'll try one of these days. The non-working patches are listed in the repo btw.

THX for your (both) info. I will patiently wait. Still, I had a question. Is it possible to make one more small useful patch? I miss search field in People app. after every update, Must edit ContactsListPage.qml file as described here. https://together.jolla.com/question/379/people-improve-starting-view/ . The patch which can do it will be very nice. :)

Jolla Clock app is broken: In edit/new alarm dialog week starts with Tuesday and finishes with 2 Sundays, Monday is missing completely.

Edit: Ok, finally got around to investigate the bug:

Reproduce:Set date and time to 26th of October 2014 23:59 London, UK Time (probably would work with earlier times as well on the 26th, but I didn't try). Open Jolla's 'Clock' application and edit an existing timer or create new timer. The result can be observed on the picture above. It happens on the day in question and probably on these dates: http://www.timeanddate.com/time/zone/uk/london

Strange, I just wanted to take a screenshot today to prove it, but it seems fine for me too now, perhaps it happens only at a given time. I will check tonight if that is the case. Yesterday around midnight GMT it was bugged, but then again we were changing to daylight saving time (yesterday morning) so that might have something to do it. I will investigate and report back later.

I'm unable to change root password. If I set it for instance 'dogyy', and go to terminal, try to log in, doesn't work. Back to settings, seems that there is couple spaces. (Tried multiple times with different passwords etc..(

Needs removal of cache and probably cookies (try cache only first). Loading is a little strange though on some sites with rhe update

Okay again! However, I prefer now to associate shutdown with the LONG tap, menu with the SHORT tap ;-) if not, the phone would be turned off too often after each system update

All connections keep crashing when at a location which has 802.1x enabled WLAN. I have the .conf created at my phone months ago.

I'm having the same issue, regular wlan connections have no issues. Only my WPA-802.1X connection has a issue. WLAN does not start at all in the WPA-802.1X environment.

I installed http://repo.merproject.org/obs/home:/csslayer:/branches:/home:/tbr:/sailfish/latest_armv7hl/armv7hl/connman-1.24+git46+master.394.1.ga5393b5-10.6.1.jolla.armv7hl.rpm which fixed the 802.1x issue. But I think it's not a permant solution as it might break the next update.
