Are you referring to Owner Information that is put in when you first set up your Jolla?, if so, this has already been asked 3 or more times and yet no conclusive answer was given.
If this IS what you're asking, then let me know. I think your question should be changed to a Feature/Request rather than a "how do I?"

i ask this because i have been struggling a few hours to connect to Jolla shop after a device reset because the account name was not what i believed
it was "...pierrr..." when i believed it was "...pierre..." and i had like it to be "...pierre..."
this was a disturbing experience

i am new to this forum and i do not understand what mean here
