User interface unresponsive when answering the call

When I receive a call, UI may (happens very often, especially when phone is not actively used and long time passes since the last received call) stutter - animating at 0,5< frames per second - when I am using the pulley menu to answer the call. I have to pull down, and wait while the "Answer" command is highlighted (takes about 3-4 seconds). Then I release the menu and it usually answers the call in another 2-3 seconds. Call then proceeds normally.

Tanghus ( 2014-11-19 11:26:43 +0300 )editI've read description of that bug and thought that description was different. Maybe I should have posted this question as a comment in that thread. However, in my case UI is responding, and touches go through, and I can answer the call, unlike stated in another thread.
