[bug] Several Android apps don't sync data

I'm using the Wunderlist Android app for todo's and have been pretty satisfied with that solution as a temporary solution. I have noticed that my Jolla doesn't really sync the todo contents that well. Usually it syncs but it is really unreliable. My Nexus 7 tablet syncs them perfectly and I can view the todo's using the web browser. When I check something as done on my Jolla then it remains unchecked on the other devices.
I used to use Dropbox and then I noticed that the auto upload rarely worked. In the Owncloud app it doesn't work at all. Are these issues linked somehow?
