after not even 1 month i managed to get my jolla stuck during boot. and from the amount of topics surrounding this i imagine this problem isnt so rare.

i wonder now... what causes this? which part of the OS fails? and is it possible to prevent that from happening by avoiding some actions?

luckily i backuped my data only 2 days ago so im fine... but still this is kinda risky... anyone has some tips / ideas?

oh. and for jolla devs: is there currently being worked on the stability problem (and a fix for the btrfs recovery)?

my reboots stopped after the 'paper-fix' but kimmoli seems to have the correct analysis (for me it seems also to be more hardware related than OS problem)

interesting yeah, but the reboot loop or stuck in reboot must have roots in software because they are gone after a simple factory reset. also my phone so far never had a sudden shutdown - just some UI crashes but thanks anyway! anybody else has an idea?

my reboots also appeared suddenly after a few month of usage. I tried to find the reason, but there was nothing in the journal or related logfiles indicating a software problem - system was running, and starting (not rebooting, as the logs said)
