Hello all,

I tried to update now about 10 times (since last saturday) from 1.0.8.21 to the newest OS-version (1.1.1.27) but it doesn´t work. The download goes ok and installation probably also (phone boots up automatically at some point) but then there is coming the notification, that a new update is aviable. If I then check the settings there is still the old version installed.

What can I do? Or am I doing something wrong? Thanks for your help! Many regards, tt

Have you read about the delay on rolling out the update?

Disable openrepos. https://together.jolla.com/question/33598/official-announcement-important-steps-to-do-before-updating/ If still fail, make a back-up and proceed with factory reset your phone. 1.1.1.27 is great !!!

After a reset, the update application (the app that downloads and launches the installation) crashes 3 seconds after the download has started :/

Thanks for your help/comments. I started developer mode but terminal does not start anymore. Something went wrong now, probably it´s my mistake. I´m making a back-up now and then I will check if a factroy reset helps...

...it seems I just didn't have enough free space on my phone for the update. I deleted pictures and videos and now it worked (nothing else helped).
