gallery not refereshing

many pics are not shown in the gallery after adding pics to phone memory using USB cable. where i can see the pics in file browser. Gallery is not refreshing itself even after restarting.

If you are just missing your media after a reboot, then you should notice that mounting the SD card takes up to 10 minutes with latest 1.1.1.27 Update.
