Threema download notification keeps reappearing

Hi,
Threema informed me that a new update is available. I downloaded it via Threema and installed it. Everything worked fine and I can use the new version. But on the notification page I keep getting the notification that Threema has been successfully downloaded. Is this a bug? Did I do something wrong? Do other Android app users have the same issues?
I also can reproduce such "features". The first download of a new threema apk failed. Now everytime my phone changes its network status (connection to wifi or connection to mobile data) causes a message that the download of the Threema apk failed despite the fact that the download was successful with the second try. Even after the next released Threema update (apk downloaded succesfully with the first try) this behaviour is still alive. Does anybody know how to get rid of this "feature"?
