[error/bug] color line/artifact on my Jolla screen [answered]

since the morning on my Jolla screen a have a color line (left upper corner):

I restored the factory settings, but tha didn't help - looks like line of dead pixels

if the only option is to repair warranty?

Seems to be hw problem, unless caused by something external... How old is your device?

i'm send i my device to Care - yesterday i received a new device (with new imei)

whole took about 1.5 weeks

Might sound crazy but something like that happened with mine, and its pixels were gradually recovering, leaving it perfect again in about 1 week and a half. My Jolla has less than a year and the line went from left to right almost at the bottom end screen. I don't know why, but you could wait a bit and observe just in case...

Yes I did. But soon after I began to see how It was like recovering itself. Plus the line didn't appear in a very bad place & I live in Spain so I had to send it and so on...I suppose I'd had sent it if it persisted. More than living nanotechnology I thought the device might have been bent, maybe I forced it (pocket or whatever) and it just slowly returned to its good position. I know this is not a proper answer, but it was rare and similar to what it is exposed...just shared what happened to me.
