Some time after updating to Vaarainjärvi, i noticed that all appoitnments had disappeared from my calendar. I don't know whether or not that was actually caused by the update procedure itself, however I did nothing to the calendar and/or accounts that might have made all data disappear from it. Since the update my Jolla does suffer from the btrfs memory problem that would require that risky balancing action to fix, but I wasn't -and still am not- experiencing any issues (up to the calendar disaster), so I didn't do that. So this calendar problem may or may not have been a result of the btrfs memory issue, but if so, there aren't any others of the kind so far. I have NOT been syncing the calendar with anything, because CalDAV is still not declared stable... I had created a backup of my calendar database file before performing the update by coyping it to my PC 8as we all know, it's not included in the Jolla stock backup utility). When I noticed the data were gone, I tried to restore the backuop by overwriting the now empty database with the backup file, but that had no effect. Can someone please tell me how I could properly restore it?

Hi

We are several who had this problem.

It seams the update deletes all none standard calendars (at least on some phones), luckily the calendar event are not deleted, but still resides in the database, marked as deleted.

You can find a description of how I got my calendars again here : (https://together.jolla.com/question/72450/bug-solved-calendar-missing-every-non-repeating-event-after-upgrade-to-11127/)
