Automatic Shutdown and restart of Device

i love jolla i want sailfish to be in top list i want u to improve hardware which my mobule shutdowan automatically and shows charging plugin symbl and restarts suddenly and it do same thing after 1min of on.auto shutdown and restarts again and again
I took the liberty to change title. It messes up viewing experience. On the issue, i faced it once I was waiting for a friend in theatre and had horrible expereince with random reboots and battery showing crazy levels randomly. Problem did not recur after that thankfully. I unplugged the battery and inserted again. Not sure if that fixed it though.

One reason may be the battery contacts, follow the link provided in the simo's answer. Another cause may be a wrong battery calibration. I had a case once, Jolla entered a boot loop when battery dropped below 30%. In my case recalibration following hana's advice here fixed it.
pichlo ( 2015-01-28 08:37:11 +0200 )editI would agree with pichlo, this could be both. I would recommend to do: 1) Clean contact on both sides (phone and battery) with some special product for cleaning electrical contacts, 2) Do the re-calibration of the battery.
This combination helped for me, no reboots, shutdowns etc. since than, before I had 1-2 per day.
