file time is off sync with an hour

After midnight I started to film a 5 minutes video sequence of all the fireworks. As usually I uploaded it to youtube, when I stored the file from the phone to the computer, then creation time on the file is off-sync with an hour.
Computer uses CET as should be in a country using CET. Phone uses "Stockholm" as time zone (this is set automatically by the operator)
