Bug (UI): Wifi APs list, not obvious that it's scrollable

When searching for a Wifi AP, the list shows only 4 APs and it is not immediately obvious that the list can be scrolled to see more APs. This list could be allowed to fill the entire screen (7-8 APs could easily fit in), and there should be some indication that the list is scrollable (visible scroll bar?).

yes, that does look like a layout/anchoring bug.
