[question] is gps icon missiong in home screen? [answered]

Latest firmware. When you activate gps in settings, and go back to the home screen, i seem to remember you would see an icon indicating gps is enabled. i don't see it anymore. am i mistaken?

I can see the GPS icon but it keeps blinking for long time...Had to change the ambiance to spot it..

When I activate GPS in 1.1.2.15 and wait for satellite(s) signal to be locked, I can see an icon indicating this in UI (area between lock and home screens blinking when searching and steady when signal locked). The Settings app also shows that gps is activated.

AFAIk never has the gps icon been in the Homescreen.
