[bug] Calendar whole-day event

I've found some questions relating synchronisation issues with whole-day events : here, here, here or here.
I've also a similar problem with owncloud : whole-day events are one day shorter on PC than on Jolla.
And I encounter the same issue, if I simply share the event via bluetooth or email.
For example : On Jolla, create a whole-day event from 2015/03/10 to 2015/03/11 (2 days long), when sharing the event via bluetooth or mail, the text file (.vcs) is like this :
BEGIN:VEVENT
[...]
DTSTART:20150310T000000
DTEND:20150311T000000
[...]
END:VEVENT
If you open this file on a PC (evolution, Thunderbird lightning, orage), you obtain a whole-day event that is only 1 day long.
Creating on a PC a 2 days long whole-day event shows when exported on a text file (.vcs) :
BEGIN:VEVENT
[...]
DTSTART:20150310T000000
DTEND:20150311T240000
[...]
END:VEVENT
This appears to be obviously different and I hope this will help to find a solution.
