Instagram android app. Can't record a video.

Hello sailors!
Long time ago I was able to record a video with back camera and edit it but quality of video was horrible.
Now I can record a video with front camera and edit it but when I try to switch back camera to record a video it shut downs and says:" camera doesn't work properly. " -Previous version of app said something about the SD-card... but can't anymore remember exactly what. Issue whit
Anyone having same issue? Any ideas how to solve this?
