Some System Notifications give no sound

Just realized that obviously some System-Notifications appear without sound. In my case this seems to be twitter notifications. Email Notifications come with Sound.

In my case incoming message gives no sound when the screen is locked.

After update to 1.0.3.8 I have noticed that I do not even get notifications, specially on Android based IM there is no notification and no audio. the native Whatsapp lost sound after update. I haven't been able to relay on the notifications, now I need to go trough all apps every 5 minutes to check if there been some updates (new mail, new IM message).
