So my phone crashes about in every 20 mins. It is very annoying sometimes because almost every time i reach for my phone, i notice that it has restarted itself and then i need to put in my pin code. Any help? The phone has the latest update.

I had the same problem. In my case it was a contact problem on the battery connectors. So when the phone needed more ppwer, like connecting a Wlan or incomming SMS, it just crashed. I solved it by cleaning the contact with eraser and by sticking a small piece of paper between the phone and the battery so there is more pressure on the contacts

Use the CSD-Tool (Maintenance) to look if the battery is still okay
Therefore you have to enter the following number in the phone app:
*#*#310#*#*
Then agree to the disclaimer and go to Individual tests/Power/Battery

Looks like a battery problem. How old is your phone battery?
