phone jams when using whatzapp

after the latest update there has come a problem when using whatzapp. the problem is that when i'm writing with a friend for awhile the input suddenly stops, the keyboard don't show and you can't write anything or send the message that i was writing. the problem goes over to jolla's system also because when you end the watzup (swipe up-down) program and go into jolla settings so that i could use the tools app to restart alien dalvik i can't choose the system from the menu in the setup page, the screen does not responce to touch. the only way is to restart phone. anyone else having this problem?
Yup, I have the same problem - happens with any Android app. I still haven't found any solution but rebooting the entire device. Quite cumbersome!
