After last update 1.1.4.28 (early release) my Jolla doesn't connect in 4G-LTE anymore, it's always connected in 3G. It's real 3G speed (tested), not a wrong indicator's icon problem. How can I get some logs to better identify the issue?

Edit: I'm on Vodafone IT

Hmmm, not to discourage you, but 4G works fine for me (Telekom network w/ Congstar SIM, Germany). So this might be a problem with some (but not all) base station systems.

No problem here as well... could you verify with another device that only your Jolla doesn't get 4G?

Thanks, I'll borrow another 4G phone from a collegue of mine and try my SIM with it.

Another suggestion would be to check your network settings. Some companies (O2 for example) require the use of different credentials to get 4G access. If the update somehow reseted the mobile connection settings you might only get 3G until you correct your credentials. I don't know if this is the case for Vodafone IT.

It turned out to be a pure coincidence: just after Jolla software upgrade, someone at Vodafone IT screwed something with my company's contract and all enabled SIMs lost 4G connectivity!

Now everything is back to normal.
