Can not connect to wlan hotspot KD WLAN HOTSPOT+

Hi,
I want to use the hotspots of Kabel Deutschland in Germany. But I can not connect.
Where can I find the error logs for that problem? How can I fix my problem?

chemist ( 2015-04-24 22:41:25 +0300 )editI start the settings app and go to system / wlan. At the menu I open "connect to internet" At the list I choose "KD WLAN HOTSPOT+" and get the error:
"can not connect to the choosen network"
With my ubuntu notebook or my android devices I have no problems.
