Usually reboots are not software related.

1) clean your battery contacts with a q-tip and an appropriate cleaner. 2) follow this > https://together.jolla.com/question/7144/jolla-randomly-shuts-down/?answer=92815#post-id-92815 3) if you continue having problems contact care

Keeps rebooting? So it's in a reboot loop? The boot ends always at the same stage? Cause that would sound like a software problem to me.

If cleaning the contacts doesn't help have a look here: https://together.jolla.com/question/22079/howto-all-computer-users-recover-or-reset-a-device-that-is-stuck-in-boot-loop/ (esp. "5) Try btrfs recovery if your device is in bootloop" sounds helpful).

@Digital Human - as V10lator said, please give a better description, the more info the better. Albeit, looks like this is a possible duplicate if it is about 'boot-looping'. Be sure to use the search box before posting so we can avoid duplications as much as possible.

Hi all,

Sorry for the late reply. It is/was #midsommer so I had other stuff todo:)

To be more specific. It only happens when I start Twitter or Whatsapp. Then my phone drops dead and reboots. After that it keeps rebooting when I try to start an app or even try to call. When i turn it off for some time it boots and i can use it for a while. The the whole process starts over again.

Cheers!

Yes it reboots and always ends in the same stage. I see the 'loading' indicator. When it disappears i can start an app, or try to use my phone and then it reboots again.

You can update/edit your original question, no need to post again inside your original post, just edit the original ;)
