Jolla Phone does not start up nor Charge

Hi ,

My phone no longer chargers implying it does not start up anymore. I cannot turn on the phone and when I attempt to charge the phone up, either the red LED blinks or It vibrates as if trying to start but unable to.

It has been like this for a week now. I have taken the battery out from 10mins- 24 hours. I have left the phone on "charge" for 24 hours. I have even tried a new battery and no difference has been made. I tried a regular boot and fast boot which just leaves the phone stuck with the jolla logo until I remove the charger.

Any suggestions will be very much appreciated
