Bug: when replying to a message from a contact, can't edit To field [released]

When I receive a message from a single sender in my contact list and hit reply, the email app doesn't allow me to edit the To field of the reply email.
This issue is still present as of 1.0.3.8
EDIT: for further clarity, this happens only if the contact happens to be in your People application.
