Cannot update to 1.1.9.28,from 1.1.7.28
Today when I try to update form 1.1.7.28 to 1.1.9.28 in Termial,it appears a mistake "Error:Authentication failed(is SSU set up correctly?)".

You don't need to update in terminal. Just enable "early access" in your jolla account settings (https://account.jolla.com) and your phone should get a notification for a new SailfishOS release.
It is maybe not a good idea to try to force the update in the terminal if the normal official way via the settings updater is not working. I would be a better idea to figure out why the official way is not working.
