Deleting exchange active sync account and calendar [released]

When I delete my exchange account in settings -> accounts the corresponding entry in the email app disappears. However, in the calendar app the calendar "Microsoft Exchange" remains. Even worse, when recreating the same account a new "Microsoft Exchange" calender is created and I can't delete any of them.
Is this intentional? Is there a way to delete calendars?
Small edit - I added a bug tag. Same problem here.
