[Bug] Gstreamer plays remote videos before buffer is filled

Since the upgrade to Gstreamer 1.x loading and playing videos causes stuttering on remote videos as it basically starts playing before the buffer is filled completely.
It either needs to wait until buffer is filled or at least that such an amount is filled that it can start playing back the video without stuttering.
