hotmail/outlook mail TLS

im trying to add my outlook to the mail app but outlook says i need to use TLS but that's not a option when adding my account the only options i have are none, StartTLS, SSL but those dot work

Server name: smtp-mail.outlook.com Port: 587 Encryption method: STARTTLS
Set the account up using automatic method, you're more likely to get a result.
Click on General Email in Settings/Accounts/Add account//General email; just enter email address and your password and tap Accept (top right).
IMAP is the default mail type when setting up automatically.
