Hi,

I have to reset my Jolla1.

I have booted my Jolla into recovery mode, the Jolla logo and led are on but when I connect the usb cable to my Ubuntu and to my Jolla1, I cannot see any usb interface :

$ ifconfig | grep usb
$

Can you help ?

EDIT1 : My USB cable was faulty and the device name is not usb anymore :

$ ifconfig | grep -B1 10.42.66.6.
eth1      Link encap:Ethernet  HWaddr 00:01:02:03:04:05
          inet addr:10.42.66.67  Bcast:10.42.66.71  Mask:255.255.255.248

I just had my own problems, so I connected mine and saw this:

        TX packets 546  bytes 38684 (38.6 KB)

As you may see, there's no usb inside the name. Please check without grep.
