I am interested in buying this phone, but every time I find less ads with shipping to Spain. Do you know if they are still making these phones? I would like to know if I can wait until next year to buy it or should buy it this year.

Sure:
It is (was) and entry level budget smartphone which never made officially to Europe. You can buy it from gray-import sources which will give you no warranty.
I own one for almost a year from now. It had been JollaC-ified from day 0. The phone manufacturing quality low. The display started to have a yellow spot after a half a year. The black painting on the display frame fall down in small pieces, messing up the contents of my pocket from time to time.
There is a bug which sometimes makes the GSM baseband stuck. No calls in or out this time. In the latest releases there is at least a warning about this state which asks for rebooting the device. (You might ask at this point are you serious?).
The overall call quality is terrible -I think from the peers description- sometimes it switch to the back microphone if the nearby enviroment is not so silent.
I do not know what is the state of the Xperia port, but in your place I would definietly would wait until it stabilizes and would buy that.

To tell the truth it is really not good built quality.. unfortunately cause as a Joilla Phone 1 subtitution it had potential. Mine was missing on battery contact from the very beginning so I ended up substituting parts from another phone when I could turn it on finally.
BUT
all things martonmiklos wrote do not happen with mine. So I guess it's more or less bad luch what kind of quality you are getting. On the other hand I bought it for 80€ directly via a colleague in India who brought it to me so I can not complain too much. For 80€ 9 months ago there was simply no other way to get new hardware with Sailfish. I would also like to switch to a Sony but a single Sim Phone with roughly same hardware equipment like the Intex is just not cutting it for me. The intex has two sim slots AND a separate sdcard slot. This is so rare it still confuses me how seldom you find a phone with this configuration.

Otherwise, just buy it and try it and if yo don;t like it, do what any seasoned techy would do, sell it and move on.

somebody os selling xperia here with silfish on.it for 200
i did buy one for 270 + 50 for OS
intex did cost 80 bugs in india, where.i did buy mine and was worth it 170 for.it.is too much.
i doubt they produce more cause its sold out since 12/2016

I am from spain, I can sell you mine. Although I use it every day, it is in perfect condition. It is a great os, which works 10 times better on aquafish than on xperia x (also have one).

I have a Jolla C converted Intex, and I am not unhappy with it. It is quite good (except the camera), fast enough, battery is ok so far. Got the Sony Xperia X too, with Sailfish on, but it does not feel that superior I switched already. OK it is faster, it is metal, and the screen looks nice too, but I am a bit afraid of dropping it, too. So, if you can have one for a good price, take it.

Hi there, I found the Aqua fish to be a great phone (in its price range). Last year, in summer, I bought it, it was 100 eur with delivery included to Spain. I mean...now they've at least duplicated the price in ebay and it's not worth anymore. Have you considered to wait just a bit to see if Accione phone comes out?

As far as I know, Intex ordered only 20.000 sets and they were more or less sold out between August and December 2016. See for example http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=97602
I find it a great smart phone in that below 100 euros price range.

I am not martonmiklos, but in my opinion: The main reasons are quality and speed. I bought two Intexes, for something like 75 € per piece and shipping extra. The price was okay then, and for the ordanary SFOS-fanboy there was no real alternative if you want to use it as a every day phone.
But in fact, my first Aqua Fish died because of a broken USB-socket. The second one has major problems with the battery (both batteries are a pain after about 1,5 years and there is no replacement available in Europe). Also the camera is really bad and the processorspeed is far away from state of the art. Favorable to mention for a equal opinion of the Intex is: It worked out of the box. Also the display is made of plastic (like it is the case with every cheap phone) which reduces the affinity for spiderapps / cracked displays for clumsy people.
In my opinion: Now with the Xperia X we have the chance to buy a phone closer to modern comforts, with higher-graded manufacturing (better display, metal-case, better battery) and hopefully a longer lifetime. So, if you can stand the higher price, and have the ability to go through the spin-chilling SFOS-flashing-process, the money will be a good investment in terms of endurance and mental balance on the long run.
