the android support application is not available in jolla store. tryied to install from link its says file format cant be install

I can only assume that the version of SailfishOS you are using is not official and as a result, you are not being offered such apps for download. This assumption is based on speculation as you have failed to tell us which device you are using and which SailfishOS version you are using, please add some tags to reflect such detail, the more info you give, the better chance we have of solving/answering your problem.
