Hello fellow Sailors !

I have a problem with the native Jolla Documents application : even if I'm deleting files from the SD card or the local storage (PDF or DOC), they're still listed within the app. Of course I can't open them (they're basically not here anymore), I only get error messages, like "Damaged file, can't read PDF" and even crashes sometimes.

When I'm trying to delete the data within the app, I've got the 5 secs time counter, then the file disappears and reappears 1 sec after !

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app from the Harbour but the ghost data keeps appearing.

Any ways to clean the application with the Terminal ? Or do I have to wait for an OS / app update to get rid of that problem ?

Thanks for the help !

restart lipstick using terminal and then check back to if data is cleared.

'systemctl --user restart lipstick.service'

I tried, both your method or with the GUI command via Sailfish Utilities... Nothing has changed, unfortunatly.

I can not reproduce the problem in my Jolla C. Though there seems to be a database to save view settings. The path is /home/nemo/.local/share/Sailfish/Sailfish Office/QML/OfflineStorage/Databases. I opened the database with sqlite3 and deleted all entries from the table LastViewSettings. After delete the app still finds real files somehow. Maybe this could help?
