When I start my otherwise excellent Jolla phone, It starting to loop Jolla logo and do not go forward from that. Restarting or removing the battery didn't help. Any ideas what to do nxt?

If you access your device through the recovery mode mentioned in release notes and it says cannot mount, invalid argument, you need to take it to service.

mine phone do that situation too, about week a go.
i try to restore factory settings by recovery mode, that's not happens because it's cannot mount memory to use.
now i'am waiting answer to zendesk..... loooong queue.
