Sailfish 2.2.1.18: Cannot create e-mail account for Exchange Server 2016 / ActiveSync

My company's exchange server was recently updated from exchange 2010 to 2016. Since then I was not able to sync my e-mails, nor my calendar events.

I tried removing the account and to recreate it using the native e-mail client and exchange plugin. It always fails on credentials check. I cross-checked with aqual-mail android app: credentials ARE fine.

When running jolla-settings from the command line I find the following log line: [D] onCheckCredentialsFailed:234 - [jsa-eas] Credentials check FAILED!

I could found a similar bug for Sailfish OS 1: Can't add Microsoft Exchange account since 1.1.9.28 update, but it seems there is still no solution?

Company supports TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2, but no TLS 1.0 anymore...

Any hints? It's almost two month now having no synchronization anymore. It already get's annoying.

Same here. This needs to be fixed as it is a real show stopper for the whole Sailfish thing.

It worked for me until three months ago. Since then no chance. Delete/Add - nothing.

In the Mail profile when I remove the phone, it shows up with status OK, after next try, but still not possible.

I wonder if it has to do with 3way authentication?

I don't know why it changed 3 months ago. First Under devices it was showing up as blocked, but didn't have time to call support and ask why. Now it is OK, but still not working

I get onCheckCredentialsFailed:272 - [jsa-eas] Credentials check FAILED: error == 4
