I would like to know what is the current version of apps that Android Support can support, since with the 2.1 I couldn't install apps that needed android 6.0 or newer. Thanks sailors!

Well it's still same android 4.4 kitkat. Nobody knows what would be android version in future when sailfish 3.0 rolling out. Personally I think it will be 7.0 nougat. I quess it's same amount of work either marshallow, nougat or oreo runtime, so that's why I quess it's 7.0 nougat at least.
That would be great, sadly there are some apps I need and I'm not sure they are 4.4.4 compatible. I'm hoping SFOS 3.0 gives us a better android support. I'm already considering getting a sony xperia XA2, as could have best of both worlds (for now, android 8 and SFOS 2 & 3 soon I hope).
