Well, i own the device since 11/2017 and made various attempts to contact Jala (in spanish lang) without any luck. The only "info" i got since then was an answer to another twitter user around 10/2018 where Jala told they "are still on it".

The recent call for beta testers was aimed for local users probably. I filled out the registration form with Name, IMEI, Phone Number and the store to visit in bolivia to get the phone flashed. Again, i have not heard from them since then.

I think my experience is kind of to be expected since they only sold it locally and i cheated a bit by sending my sister in law into the store in La Paz.

Still there is hope on my side they will eventually get back to me if i ask enough. Maybe after beta phase... It would be great if an actual beta tester from bolivia would be amoung us, but i guess we would have met already since i was kind of verbose about owning the phone on twitter and TMO. https://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=100120
