XA2: Wifi Channel 13

My XA2 (Ultra and normal) does not find any wifi on channel 13. Does anyone else have corresponding problems?
In which part of the world do you use your mobile?
FYI, I am in Germany with a german ;) sim card and for me the sim card made all the difference. I forgot to tell that my XA2 is still on Android 8. I don't know if device behaviour is different with Sailfish.
