[3.0.3.9] GSM network will not reconnect after REBOOT but will for full shutdown

Hi all, I've noticed a new behavior after installing 3.0.3.8 and 3.0.3.9. If I reboot (not shutdown and power off), my GSM network will remain offline until I turn Flight Mode on and off again. The phone remains locked to the network from that point on wards. There are no signal issues and I don't believe that this is related to the home network roaming issues reported elsewhere. Has anyone else noticed the same thing happening? Any ideas on how to fix other than the Flight Mode workaround? Thanks in advance, Durney
I can confirm this, XA2 dual sim. It started after Hossa EA update. Sometimes after 3-4 reboots it will finally connect to network. Very annoying indeed.

I disabled Slot 2 as i wasn't using that SIM and I was wondering if it made a difference to power consumption!!
