From: http://jolla.com/guide/ "A word of warning though: it is possible to damage your device and some modifications could void the warranty. By accepting the terms you agree that you understand the risks and changes to warranty. "
i.e. developer mode will not void the warranty, but doing stuff while in developer mode _may_ void the warranty.

How about warranty at Switzerland from Jolla [answered]
HowTo: Connecting to Jolla via SSH over USB [answered]
SSH Host Key fingerprint & regeneration
Request: answers/solutions that do not involve developer mode
Display IP on lock screen in developer mode
Disable SSH daemon when remote connections are disabled
Is there a way to reset forgotten root password? [answered]
Dev Mode settings -> SSH switchable for USB and WLAN independently
Disabling and enabling remote connection results in password shown on the device to stop working
Jolla screen should not time-out while in USB developer mode
Enabling the developer mode itself does not terminate warranty but changing some specific settings while using developer mode might cause that to happen. Someone who knows more could perhaps help better.
