[bug][XA2] Bluetooth gets stuck after disabling
Hi sailors,
Some time ago I've started to experience the Bluetooth getting stuck after disabling/deactivating it on the top menu. As you can see from the image below that the Bluetooth icon is stuck at least on GUI side. I'm not sure whether the whole Bluetooth gets stuck (some processes) or only the top menu gui. If I try to disable, the icon just blinks there couple of seconds and nothing happens.
It seems that the issue is fixed by either restarting lipstick or rebooting the phone. On the other hand, after restarting the lipstick I've experienced some battery drain, so it might be that the Bluetooth is running there in somewhere or I'm just paranoid about the drainage. I think this issue started somewhere between/in the releases of Hossa and Seitseminen.
I've also found out that after the issue is triggered, I'm able to connect back to the Bluetooth device normally and it might not get stuck on the second time disabling Bluetooth.
Btw: I'm facing this issue with Bluetooth earphones (JBL Reflect Mini as it stands in the icon too). I'm running on Sailfish OS Seitseminen 3.1.0.11
Have you experienced similar?
Edit: Issue still on Sailfish 3.3.0 and reproducible
I think we've found a way to reproduce this issue, thanks also to @AkiBerlin. The icon gets stuck exactly when Bluetooth is switched off before the device is shut down. For instance in my case, turning Bluetooth off with my earphones still on leads to the issue. I tested this with Bluetooth speaker and the case is also the same.
Same here, often in relation with my car stereo.

xbt123ufo ( 2019-10-10 04:05:31 +0200 )editI have experienced this also. First bluetooth connection with bl-speaker works, but if I disable bluetooth at sone point and try to connect same speaker later again, it hangs. Only reboot fixes it. Latest SF installed, (XA2 dual sim), same problem was in earlier version too.
HendriXXX ( 2019-10-14 17:59:23 +0200 )editI do have the same issue with an Xperia X and car audio. I briefly mentioned it in my question here, but meanwhile know that my reported problems are twofold. For the Bluetooth one I will now point to this ticket in hope that more Sailors vote for it.
